Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. We always do our best to prepare and send your order as quickly as possible.

Delays

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
